What is the problem Crystal Task solves?

Quite often you or your company have important tasks that have to be done and you can’t be in place to do it yourself, somebody else has to do this important task, however, it is so important that you can’t just rely on another’s person's memory, calendars or alarms.

Simple to create and share

You as the Task Manager, can create tasks that are one-off or repetitive, share them quickly and easily with one or many Task Keepers, they can re-share tasks with another Task Keeper as well as remove or mute tasks for certain time i.e. mute for a week.

Real time visibility

You can follow remotely & in real-time if a task was done, who did it, when and even where, and if there are any details about it that you need to know. At the same time if the task is delayed you can quickly send a reminder or a ping to the person that is supposed to execute this task.

Simple to complete or snooze

The Task Keepers receive alerts about the upcoming tasks, and with just one tap, they can mark them as Done or Snooze them, if necessary more details or a photo could be added to the task.
